There is a two night minimum (Friday and Saturday). In order to take the whole hotel, we have to ensure rooms are sold for both Friday and Saturday nights. You can take more nights, but it's a minimum of Friday and Saturday night. 30-day notice is required for cancellation. A valid credit card must be used to make reservations. If cards are found to be invalid, the reservation will be canceled by the hotel with no notice to the cardholder. Your card will not be actually charged until 30 DAYS PRIOR TO THE EVENT. On that date, the entire cost of the reservation is charged, and no refunds can be issued. Prior to the 30-day cut off, a reservation can be canceled normally without penalty. |
