Latest FFF information
Book your hotel room now! Don't miss out on being in the host hotel where all the fun stuff happens! The 2013 Winter FFF will be held at the Providence Omni (formerly Westin) from Friday, February 15 to Sunday, February 17 2013. The Providence Omni is located at One West Exchange Street in downtown Providence.
Registration Hours:
Friday: 5:00 PM – 9:00 PM
Saturday: 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM
Sunday: 9:30 AM – 3:00 PM

Hotel
There are still some rooms left, so get your hotel room for FFF #40! If you prefer to call, the phone number (888-778-6334) will be available Monday to Friday, from noon to 8:00pm EST.
Note: The changeover from Westin to Omni has slowed the billing process. Omni plans to charge everyone in advance as originally contracted, but that is a touch delayed. If there are card issues or the like, contact will happen, so you don't lose your room.

Checking in at the FFF: If you pre-purchased your tickets, please don't forget to bring your receipt. If you used an associate/membership card to get a discount, please bring that, too.

Vending Hours
- Friday
- The Vendors' Row floors will be on the 3rd, 4th, and 5th floors in the West Tower. Approximately 30 vendors will be open for business on these floors by 6:00pm Friday and they can stay open as long as they like throughout the entire weekend!
- Saturday
- 10:30am: Vending and Community Tables open to NELA Associates only
- 11:00am: Vending and Community Tables open to all Flea attendees
- 5:00pm: Community Tables close
- 6:00pm: Vending closes
- Sunday
- 10:30am: Vending and Community Tables open to NELA Associates only
- 11:00am: Vending and Community Tables open to all Flea attendees
- 4:00pm: Vending and Community Tables close

Rules
There have been some questions about the Dress Code: Please, stay family-friendly when arriving and leaving our space. When you are inside the space, and are staying inside the space, the rules relax some. While we don't want you breaking any laws, strutting your stuff AT the Flea is very encouraged!
